Cannes 2026 : Meet & Greet and the reveal of the CinEuro prize finalists

For the 79th Cannes Film Festival, CinEuro was once again able to host its traditional Meet & Greet event.

Over 200 cinema professionals gathered under the bright sun of the Alpes-Maritimes to meet and exchange with one another. French, German, Swiss, Luxembourgish and Belgian filmmakers were able to enjoy this beautiful scenery in order to form new bonds; or to strengthen already existing ones.

One particular highlight of this event was a moment that many were waiting for : the reveal of the finalists for the 2026 CinEuro Prize !

This year, five projects will face each-other in order to earn the jury’s approval. The winner will be chosen during the Forum Alentours, on July 2nd. How will the winner be picked ? Each team will be allowed to defend their creation during a pitching session.
