The FilmCommission Baden-Baden/Karlsruhe was founded in 2008 with the support of Südwestrundfunk (SWR) Baden-Baden. It is part of the Baden-Baden Kur & Tourismus GmbH. FC Baden-Baden/Karlsruhe is one of eight Film Commissions in Baden-Württemberg initiated, supported and promoted by MFG Filmförderung BW. It is the contact for the Baden-Baden/Karlsruhe region: the independent cities of Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe and Pforzheim; the districts of Rastatt, Karlsruhe, Enzkreis, Freudenstadt and Calw. The partner for the urban area of Karlsruhe is the Filmboard Karlsruhe.
Areas of activity are :
- Mediation between filmmakers and regional service providers
- Authorities and experts from all fields
- Assistance in finding film locations, crew and service providers
- Support in obtaining filming permits
- Services (accommodations and supplies for film crews)
- Free, individual consulting
Events:
- Annual industry get-together as part of the Baden-Baden Television Film Festival
- 2 – 3 times a year Filmstammtisch (together with Filmverband Südwest) for networking of regional filmmakers

Film- und Medienforum Rheinland-Pfalz

The establishment of the Film- und Medienforum Rheinland-Pfalz contributes to the structural improvement of the conditions for the regional film and media culture and economy in Rhineland-Palatinate. The most important tasks are the networking and visibility of the film industry in Rhineland-Palatinate, location marketing to promote national and international productions and the development of the film and media brand of Rhineland-Palatinate. The Forum is a division of IMG Innovations-Management GmbH, a subsidiary of Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) and is supported by the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture.

Agence culturelle Grand Est

The Agence culturelle Grand Est is involved in the fields of performing arts, public action, cinema It acts in the service of regional cultural policy and in support of missions entrusted by the Ministry of Culture (Drac Grand Est) and the Departments of Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, to accompany territorial projects that meet the general interest.
Its fundamental role is articulated around four missions:
- to create knowledge,
- to transmit it,
- to see to the structuring of professional sectors and
- to defend contemporary culture on the territory by focusing on production, creation, diffusion, training and mediation.
It also leads the networking of the public scenic parks of the Grand Est and the Bureau d’accueil de tournages.
