Call for Projects - INDUSTRIAL CULTURE: Writing Workshop Dedicated to Screenplay Development

The Grand Est Region, through the CinEuro Film Lab, in partnership with the Saarland State Chancellery, through Filmförderung Saarland, offers filmmakers from the CinEuro area (Upper Rhine and Greater Region) the opportunity to develop a concrete audiovisual project with the benefit of professional dramaturgical support.

The workshop focuses on the theme of “industrial culture” in all its thematic diversity: from industrial labour and structural transformations to technological innovation and economic change, as well as the social, political and personal stories connected to industrial environments and ways of life.

Participants will receive professional dramaturgical input on their project and will have the opportunity to refine the foundations of their subject in collaboration with the workshop facilitator and the group. At the end of the workshop, the essential foundations will be in place to enable participants to subsequently develop a solid treatment based on the revised project outline.
