Call for participants - Generation Alentours
WHY ?
In order to best prepare the new generation of cross-border producers in the audiovisual & cinematographic field, this year’s Forum Alentours – Rhenish co-production meeting – will be enhanced by a new feature: “Generation Alentours”.
Around 15 production students or young producers will be selected to take part in this first edition, which has been created thanks to the support of the Franco-German Youth Office (OFAJ/DFJW) in partnership with the Région Grand Est, the Eurométropole de Strasbourg (EMS) and MFG Baden-Württemberg, the co-organisers of Forum Alentours. Thanks to the support of the Bureau International de la Jeunesse, the Wallonie-Bruxelles International, the Film Fund Luxembourg and Balimage, participation is also open to applicants from the other CinEuro regions in the Greater Region and the Upper Rhine.
Participants will not only have the opportunity to take part in the Alentours Forum programme – an enriching experience to learn the art of pitching and meet experienced producers – but will also benefit from panels and workshops specifically designed to help them get off to a successful start in cross-border co-production.
