Eligibility requirements :
– Production established in the EU or EEA. If outside the EU: it must be represented by a French coproducer
– The applicant must be the majority or minority producer requesting where need be the funding from the CNC (WebCosip fund or audiovisual support) and/or signs the pre-purchase agreement with the broadcaster.
