Co-development between a Luxembourg and Canadian production company
– The minority coproducer must hold at least 15% of the project’s rights
– The project must have at least one Luxembourg producer and at least one Canadian producer.
– A codeveloped project or a coproduced one by a producer of a third country is also allowed provided that it does not exceed more than 15% of the ownership and control of the project
Each country’s maximum contribution to each project will be limited to a maximum of 75% of the acceptable expenditure for each country.
