From the 1st to 3 of July in Strasbourg
New: Revised participation formats for greater clarity
As in previous years, several forms of participation are offered. To make these clearer, they are now divided into the following categories:
• Application with a project that would be included in the official catalogue, with the opportunity of presenting your project to a panel of potential co-producers and benefit from tailor-made preparation.
(Selection: Forum ACCELERATOR)
• Participation as a producer without a project in the catalogue in order to take part in professional one-to-one meetings, get to know the project developers in the catalogue and exchange ideas with potential co-producers.
(Selection: Forum AUGMENTED)
• Participation as a professional from the film and audiovisual industry to take part in the Forum programme and networking formats with professionals from partner countries.
(Selection: Forum AGORA)
Submission of applications for 2026
The application period for producers for the Forum ACCELERATOR and the Forum AUGMENTED runs from 18 January 2025 to 24 March 2026.
Applications for the Forum AGORA can be submitted from 18 January to 15 May 2026.
Projects are to be submitted via the Festiciné platform (obligatory in French or in German).
Selection for the CinEuro Prize 2026
Each year, the finalists of the CinEuro Award have the opportunity to present their projects during pitch sessions as part of the Forum Alentours. These pitch sessions take place before a jury composed of financing experts and other industry professionals.
The Forum Alentours in a nutshell
The Forum Alentours is an annual event organised by CinEuro in collaboration with the Eurométropole of Strasbourg. The pitching sessions at Forum Alentours – Rhine Co-production Meetings offer a unique opportunity to present your project and find future partners. Producers looking for co-producers in partner countries (Germany, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium) can apply with a feature film or documentary project in the development phase.
The selected projects will be presented during the pitching sessions and listed in a bilingual catalogue. The selected teams will have the opportunity to prepare for the pitching sessions in advance of the event (early June) and to participate in one-on-one meetings.
